| Mission | The mission of the Highland Support Project is to create innovative models that foster agency in highland indigenous communities of the Americas. We have been innovating and building indoor cookstoves for 20 years and have, as a result, greatly raised awareness of the importance of indoor cookstoves. We have directly constructed over 20,000 stoves in the last 20 years and are aware that our promotion has led to thousands of additional stoves being built replicating our development and promotion methodology. |

HSP has worked with organizations in Guatemala, Peru, and Ecuador in adapting transformational methodologies for the implementation of social service programs with a market orientation. |
